Real Estate Agents!

So right now I'm working in the medical field but i'm wanting to get into real estate and close to getting licensed but I'm just getting a little nervous because I know a lot of real estate agents and it seems like a lot of them are very talkative. I get told I'm great with patients but I'm not sure if I'm what you call "bubbly". So I'm curious what other real estate agents have to say and/or their experience. I'd also like to hear from people, just their opinion of what they like in an agent when they're shopping for houses.
