What helps your swollen legs?

Aside from propping up your feet, what helps with the swelling of your feet, ankles, and calves?

Nothing has helped me....actually because my feet and legs are swollen plus having higher blood pressure, I’m having to do a 24 hour urine collection...yay me.

I swear by ankle pumps! Saves the day at work, where I notice swelling the most. “Reduce leg swelling with ankle pumps, which can be done anytime whether you are standing, sitting or lying down. Ankle pumps involve moving the ankle up and down such that your toes point toward your head and then down away from you, toward the floor. nice name... hehe. I haven't found anything but the RICE method and drinking LOTS of water. mine stay swollen now, some days are just worse then others. currently 38w3d, scheduled for csection on Friday.

You’re not going to like this but exercise like pilates helps mine. Baths with epsom did nothing. Drinking lots of water to flush it all out.

Dandelion tea the root and leaf blend 2 cups a day helped me so much.
