How is everything, where is everyone in reference to ttc or pregnancy:)

Me..well after having a small cyst on right ovary, went to cd87 before getting a cycle. And now I just ended my cycle which lasted for 12days usually my cycles at 5-7days figuring it was so long due to not having one for 87 days...wondering what I should do next..any suggestions? I'm ready to get my baby fever over and finally be able to be pregnant. I have a close cousin who contacts me crying because she's 14weeks unexpectedly. Her youngest isn't one until august her oldest is 4 and her and her bf is staying with others so she upset but keeping it..boy how I wish I could trade for her pregnancy :(
