I want to lose 10-15 lbs belly weight (or replace them with muscles💪🏼). I work out about 1 1/2 hours a day as a competitive swimmer and eating healthy(ish), drink lots of water and get good amounts of sleep. I’m 13 5’6 and 145 lbs I know im not over weight or anything but I don’t like my body/feel confident. I hold most of my fat in my stomach and thighs and the fact that 99% of the girls in my school look like mini models doesn’t help. I’m willing to try anything (except for meal plans) and really just want to be a healthier me!
