Copper (IUD) Problems

Hey lady’s just need help (no nasty comments please) so this is my first time being on the copper IUD I have been on it for about a week but since I’ve had it put in I have been spotting on and off (brown blood and sometimes red) I’m over it I hate using pads are prefer to use tampons but unfortunately I am starting to get a bit sore down there also my husband is getting depressed because I can’t give him what he wants (sex) I don’t know what to do anymore.
