Burnt out
I don’t feel appreciated at my job , and the pay sucks ! I’m a CNA , and they expect me to work miracles and I have 33 Patients to take care of and it’s only one CNA on the floor a shift ! Should I find another job . Every time I ask them to hire help they say it’s not in the budget .. I’m tired . And I’m burnt out ..
