Early signs of pregnancy or just PMS?

Ladies, what were the early signs of you being preggers? I’m trying not to get too excited, as the symptoms I am having correlate with PMS and could easily be gastro issues I’ve had my whole life. Symptoms (pretty pronounced for about a week).

-Period is between 1–10 days late. Had a concussion so my period came a week early in March.

-Boobs are really large and nipples are very tender and painful

-Extremely irritable to the point where it is out of character

-Nausea not throwing up but significant, every morning for the past week

-Aversion to certain foods I used to enjoy

Any advice or experience would be appreciated!
