After being a day late and getting our hopes up, AF rocked up today. We’ve only been trying for three months, but already the disappointment each month is crushing. You couples who keep going for years are incredible and so inspirational to me! 😊❤️

I do worry that it’ll be a lot more difficult for us because of our age (I’m 34 and he’s just about to turn 43). We didn’t meet until a bit later in life but I’m couldn’t imagine a better man to start trying with. So this month we’ve decided to stop obsessing about it (well, me stop obsessing about it...) and just be grateful we found each other. The TTC journey has been really difficult at times but I think it’s definitely brought us closer together and I appreciate him in ways now that I didn’t before ❤️
