Okay so i’m 17 and my boyfriend is 20. He’s in Army basic training right now and he’s coming back next week. Once he gets settled in i’m going to stay with him. Only problem is, I really want a baby soon. I know i’m young but I really would and idk if I should like when i’m 18? 19 maybe? Idek help

Do NOT have children this young. I got pregnant at 17 & had him at 18. I then got pregnant again at 19 and had him at 19. I have TWO sons and I’m only 20 years old. It is the HARDEST job in the world. Every minute is spent tending to them so you will lose friends, time for yourself, money, and possibly your boyfriend. Not to mention the mental health risks like postpartum depression/anxiety. (Which I had with both of my kids) pregnancy in itself takes a toll on the body. If I were you, I’d live my life for myself first and then have children. You have so much time left to have babies. Live for YOU first. 💗

If you have a baby right now, what kind of life will it have? Do you have a stable enough relationship with your boyfriend that it will withstand the stress that a baby brings? Do you have the financial stability to provide for everyday needs, and unexpected costs? Are there things you want to do for yourself that will be harder once you have a child? Getting an education, starting a career, and travel are all exponentially harder once you bring kids into the mix.

How are you going to stay with him when he isn’t allowed to leave his barracks until his married? You are to young the army life isn’t easy wait a year or two to get pregnant.

wait a year if you Still REALLY want one then go for it. in the meam time get married enjoy it just being the two of you because once you have a baby time alone is harder
