IUD questions

You guys are probably sick of me so I apologize!

How did you guys know that you were pregnant while you had the IUD. I keep having symptoms so I take a test but it comes back negative. I’ve taken like 5 tests. I don’t want to keep taking a test if I don’t have to.

Recently I’ve had a lot of white creamy discharge, my chest is sensitive, I have increased appetite, increased urination, mood swings...

I don’t know if I’m just stressing myself out too much and like tricking my brain into thinking that I’m pregnant. I just don’t know what else to do...
