No fetal cardiac activity

I just got out of ER due to my soon to be xhusband swing a tow truck to take my car while I was in it! They slammed into me and started to jack it up while I was in it! Police were called and I was told to go to ER because of the impact and the stressful event. I’m attaching US report. I’m calling my doctor 1st thing in the morning to get in and hope for a better outcome to this nightmare! Has anyone ever had a US read like this and turn around and have heartbeats the next day? Please lots of prayers, vibes,juju, baby dust.. I need it so bad! 1st time pregnancy at 38. I’ve waited my whole life and may have just have lost my only shot..
