I'm 19 years old & I’m not in a relationship. But after I have sex (it seems that no matter who I'm with) the moment sex is over I immediately feel dirty, Gross and I guess a little bit ashamed ...I don’t really know how to explain it. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy sex in the moment and I have initiated it, so I don't really know why I feel like this; especially since I can get myself off no problem without feeling bad at all. In my head, I know there's nothing wrong at all with having sex but I just get the physical feelings of not wanting to be touched because I feel dirty, etc...

Do any of you ladies have or had something similar? I'd love to hear your thoughts on how to deal with it or what it's like for you.
