Has anyone tried anything that maybe helped things move along? I’m dilated 3 1/2cm dilates, my cervix is thinned out 75% but I’ve been stuck here for 3 weeks with no contractions, just Braxton Hicks and cramping. I’m on my feet all day at work and take a walk when I get home. And I just had my doctor do a membrane sweep yesterday, all that happened is a little pink and brown discharge, no cramps. I’ve tried everything besides sex, and that’s not an option my husband says (which is fine). Seems like baby is pretty comfortable staying in there a little longer!
