Deployment Weight Loss ππΌββοΈ
Began this lovely deployment in January.... Only two more months to go! Wanted to share my progress. Yeah I know I should be in shape for being in the military but I was at the heaviest I had ever been in my life! Before joining the military, I was 126 lbs. After training, I was 144 lbs. Leaving for deployment, I was 160 lbs. π
Iβve been pretty depressed about my weight and have decided to change my attitude and start losing the weight! I took my before pictures (pink shorts) a few days into the deployment. And the after pictures (grey undies) are where Iβm currently at!! Which is 147 lbs.
Total weight loss of 13 lbs.
I think thereβs a pretty decent difference. But I have a lot more to go. Iβve noticed though my overall image of myself had changed and Iβm actually getting back into playing basketball now and now dying from running.
Iβve learned I really can accomplish anything that I put my mind to!!! My goal is 7 more lbs and be at a comfortable 140 lbs.
I canβt want to get home and kick some more ass!! And cook my own food because deployment food sucks!
Thanks yβall ππΌ
