what is this?

i woke up this morning and my thoughts were rushing so fast and they were loud and it felt like i HAD to move in a very fast motion but i was so slow? like i tried not moving fast? i got scared and i went to sleep. it's happened before but i dont know what it is. it felt like a panic attack almost and i didnt know what to do and it didnt feel real and it still doesnt. i look back and it feels like i dreamed it but i didnt.
