21 & scared !

Taylor • Fri, Jul 03 • Hi my name is Taylor 😊 I'm 21 & pregnant ! Due Dec 6th & I am a single mom & I'm very scared 😔 plz help me out !

I'm only 21 & this is my first pregnancy unfortunately I'm not with the father of my child & the doctor called me a couple weeks ago saying my baby MIGHT have Down syndrome :/ everything is overwhelming me & idk wat to do, idk if I can be a single mom
