hey everyone, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right group.. I had my yearly check up at my lady dr today and she gave me a physical. She said that my thyroid feels like it is enlarged, sent me for blood work and I have an ultrasound on friday. I have a daughter that just turned 1 and I thought the symptoms that I've been having were just post partum things and didn't think anything of it. hair loss, hot flashes & cold chills, all over the place with hormones, no monthly cycle (I am breastfeeding) but only 2 times a day. my aunt has issues with her thyroid also so it could be possible.. has anyone had this problem & can ease my mind a little? I'm trying to stay in the mindset that nothing is wrong with me until the results come in and the dr says otherwise but my husband is acting like I'm dieing!
