3 weeks, 17 pounds down!!

It’s been about three weeks since I started going to the gym and this is what I looked like the first week I started going (and mind you I’m holding a small breath!)

Ive been meal prepping my butt off and only snacking on healthy stuff like yogurt, raw broccoli, or cheese. As well as doing a meal replacement shake for lunch.

The pre hydra slim is my second week, the top is the next 4 days

I’ve went from 272 to 255 (A 17? Pound difference). I’m amazed to see what my body can do when I do the right things.
