Trying to stay positive

I had a stillborn on March 26, 2018. Our daughter was full term, 38+1. We are trying to conceive again. I know some people may say it's soon but if I were to find out I was pregnant today, I absolutely would not be disappointed at all. That was my first official period after delivering but I had a little bit of spotting yesterday and I've been feeling quite crampy .. could I be a sign of implantation or is it just because I should be coming up on my period ?
