Need comfort!

I have been having stomach pains across my abdomen for about 4 hours now. I'm a high risk pregnancy because of my blood pressure and potential to develop preeclampsia. I'm concerned it might be something serious. It's all constant. Doesn't come and go at all. It's starting to move down to my groin. My blood pressure is 148/87. A little high but not awful.
