best ways to lose weight at 17

im 17 and just about over normal weight. i’m 5’3 and almost 150 lbs. it has made me so self conscious that i’m ready to do whatever i have to. i started putting on weight when i started taking the pill a year ago, but my doc said that it isnt the cause. i just stopped taking the pill last week and got mirena inserted. havent seen any weight loss yet. i’m on my feel most of the day and walk 10k + steps a day because i walk between high schools. i should also mention i rarely have time to exercise because im balancing two jobs and school work. any tips, supplements or diets i can do to take off some pounds?
