Switching birth control?

Question

Right now I take the low dose birth control pill called Larissia. I’m a perfect pill taker, within 10 minutes every evening. However I’m thinking of switching to the implant. 
Pros and cons for the pill or implant based on your experience? What do you prefer? Is one more effective even though I’m a perfect pill taker?

I have the implant and I love it. One of the reasons I chose this method was because I'm terrible at taking pills plus I just worried about if I lost the pills or any crazy thing happening 😂 well the implant is more than 99% effective without any upkeep but if you take the pill perfectly then it's just as effective. It really depends on what you think is better with your lifestyle. The most common side effect with the implant is irregular bleeding which is like the only con but it actually stopped my period all together. I didn't gain any weight and it didn't mess with my acne either. I really love my implant!
