Looking for reassurance

so I was seven weeks pregnant yesterday yay 😁 but the passed couple days my boobs are becoming less and less sore I have a very wary miscarrage and that was my first sign before! I mean they are still a bit tender but they have been unbearable since about 5 dpo like keeping me up all night sore I’ve read it’s normal for the pain to ease off but I can’t remember from my last pregnancies if it wen they stopped hurting! I have had an early scan at 6 weeks n seen a heart beat ect and my hcg levels were at 12560 4.5 weeks so they refuse to do anymore blood work so just looking for others experiences really should I be worried ?
