Hello all, I have a doctor's appointment in a couple weeks but I would just like to see if anyone else has experienced this and what you found out. So I go a very long time without a period normally, I have for the last few years. I'll go at least a few months and then bleed for a few days, pretty normal and that's all. Well, this time, I started my period on March 4th after not having it for 3/4 or so months... and have been on it since. so it's been almost 3 full months of bleeding. I mean heavy bleeding, and lots of big, bigger than normal or ever experienced clots. I have to wear a tampon and a pad and still change it every hour or two during the day. I've also had a lot of pain in my ovaries this cycle as well (I do have a cyst on my ovary). I'm at a loss at what's going on and would just like to know if anyone else has had this happen and what the doctors said or what you found out. Thank you.
