How will you bathe your baby?

Question

Bought a primo eurobath & hubby thinks it's a waste of money and insists most people bathe their children in the tub or sink. What do u guys say

I've always used my normal bath. Those bath tubs are a total waste and only last a few months so we just have a little bath seat and pop her in the big bath. Lots of room to stretch and kick!

I use both. If my husband is home I take a warm bath with the baby in with me. It's hard getting out wet and taking care of a baby so I pass the baby off to my hubby while I dry off.

If he's not home and I'm trying to bathe the baby in a fast manor then I use a 4moms bath tub.

il be bathing my little one with myself or in the sink , after having 3 children and never using a baby bath even though I've had one I figured it was pointless even buying one this time , I've had c sections each time and sitting to bathe in a baby bath hasn't been easy for me I've always had to stand up and sink level is perfect , also adding cool water to my own bath whilst grabbing the baby to bathe has worked well x

We used the primo bath in the tub but had a little soft bath thing before that when he was so little. Our sink usually has dishes and doesn't seem safe. I wouldn't want to always have to have hands on the baby to keep them in a good position, but that's me.

I got one of those little tubs that have the newborn "hammock"-type insert. Seemed to make sense to me, and I got it at a used baby stuff sale for $5, so even if we end up doing something else, it's not a big loss. My husband and I don't bathe, so using the big tub seems like a hassle and waste of water. I could imagine using a sink, too. But you're supposed to start with sponge baths anyway, so technically you could just wait and see how things go when your baby is there.

We've used a baby bath tub- set up at the sink when they were really little so that we wouldn't have to strain bending over. We would also set the baby tub down inside our normal tub, because there's a sprayer hose in the bathroom (don't have a sprayer in the kitchen) and bathe baby as normal, with water only in the baby tub- we didn't create a floating tub. If we didn't want to use the baby tub, me or hubby would sit in our bathtub with baby lounging on our legs, with one of us keeping baby completely safe while the other parent bathed baby.
