Long term birth control?

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a more long term form of birth control.. (male or female) what is your experience or knowledge with getting tubes tied ect... Is there anything I can use to stop my periods completely without having to worry about It month to month.. After I’ve given birth this time (number 4) We’d like to just focus on them and not have to worry.

I had the nexplanon for 3 years, stooped my periods and had ZERO side effects! Not everyone is as lucky as me though. And also, insertion and removal weren’t bad at all. I liked not having to worry about taking something everyday

I had the mirena twice and never had a period after the first month. I would get cramps every now and then but that’s about it!! I loved it!
