BFing twins: Brewers yeast pills or fenugreek?

A little over 2 weeks postpartum and My supply needs help and I'm feeling discouraged. I ordered fenugreek tablets but I see many of you take Brewers yeast pills and have lots of success...

Should i take fenugreek or Brewers yeast? Or both?

I used the brewers yeast in lacation cookies along with flax seed and oats that help supply.

I took the fenugreek as well. 3x in the morning & 3x in the evening. It made everything taste like maple syrup for me but didn't have any impact on the babies.

I drank mothers milk tea as often as I could and also pumped about 15 mins after each feed.

& lots of & lots of water. I probably drink close to 3 liters if not more a day.

Within a week I  had a serious oversupply (so be careful, as soon as that happened I stopped everything since I was afarid of getting mastitis or clogged ducts) it took until the babies were about 8 weeks old to be somewhat regulated.

My baby is gassy no matter what I do. But I saw this on FB, and thought mm.... Brownies sound good

I have just tried Brewers yeast, and it made the kids gassy... Have not opened the fenugreek yet. I drink mothers milk tea.

I had success with pumping after each feed, about 15 min after it was empty.

And sleep a lot. Sleep when they sleep. I tend to produce less when I dont sleep during the day!
