PP Lower Belly Help!

So I was losing weight pretty good after having my son but now since my insulin levels have been off and I'm not able to breastfeed anymore my pooch is starting to come back with a vengence.. any advice for losing that extra bit of weight in the lower belly area? I'm sort of at a loss at this point for some reason I'm very discouraged :/
