Goal weight?
To those who have succeeded in their weight loss journey: How did you know when to stop losing? I’m having that problem rn as I’m planning ahead thinking what weight is all this dieting going to stop (before I start weight training/bulking). I’m a 5’8 female and I’m unsure about my frame size. Truthfully, I think it would be okay to stop at a weight I feel is comfortable and I look good in. I knowww the number on the scale doesn’t matter. But I never want to be overweight again.
