Saw the heartbeat :-)
Since I am 45 and had help from Letrazole to get pregnant we wanted to be sure there was a baby and only one baby. My gynaecologist leave for 4 week vacation so today was the last day she could do the US so I got a 5 minute checkup. Normally you only get one US at 20 weeks here in Sweden.
I was chocked that we actually managed to get pregnant, and I don't think I expected there to be any heartbeat. But there it was, such a happy sight. I haven't stopped smiling.
Now my next goal is to get to 12 weeks. Then we will tell the older children and close family.
