I would like someone to help me read my chart. I’m confused why elevated?  What does this mean? Is this normal? Help...

You are missing way too many data points to say anything for sure. It does look like you ovulated, but because of the missing temps, I have no clue what day. My guess is sometime between CD15-18. Your temps will go up during the second half of your cycle, aka luteal phase, aka post ovulation. Most women will then get their period within 12-16 days post ovulation, unless pregnant. If your temps drop significantly (below coverline... but you don’t have one because you missed temping), you should get AF that day or the next.
If you are going to temp, you need to temp every day, at the same time (those empty circles mean you didn’t temp at the same time), and before you even get out of bed otherwise temping is not very accurate.
There are tons of articles on here and online that will explain how to track your bbt. I 100% recommend the book “taking charge of your fertility”. It explains everything about temping and what your cycles can tell you.
