Anyone helppppp please

So 4 days ago had unprotected sex and on my other <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period app</a> I was still fertile or ovulating idk but I took the morning after pill asap the next day, but today I bled a bit so if anyone knows whyyy please help!
