Anyone else have their temp drop as low as 96.3?

Yes, I have. It’s not unusual to have a temp or two that are “anomalies”. I wouldn’t be concerned about that temp though. I don’t think you ovulated yet, and if you did, it’s still too early to tell. Glow just says you’ve ovulated because you had a positive opk which doesn’t guarantee you’ve ovulated. Just that your body is trying to ovulate. Keep temping and BD. You need 3 high temps to confirm ovulation and you’re not there yet.

All of my temps are low so I'm not sure if that has an affect on anything or if it's just my thermometer lol
