bad nipple pain!!!!!!!

For the past two days one of my nipples have been hurting. Bad. It almost feels like a sting pinch feeling whenever i rub it. Today I noticed that two of those pimple looking parts, montgomery glands i believe is what it’s called, you have around your nipple is what its hurting me and now the area around my areola has turned red. idk what this could be and idk if its just a regular pimple or infection i dont know. Im only 19 so im not really worried about anything cancerous. No pregnancies or anything. i just want to know if anyone has had anything similar before being told “go to the doctor”:/
