Thoughts on 13 reasons why’s bathroom scene with Tyler?

I just saw the bathroom scene in 13 reasons why season 2, I think that scene was too much for everyone. I can’t stop thinking about it, it was too graphic, I freakin cried my eyes out. I don’t think the scene was necessary maybe a bit less graphic would of been okay...

I agree that it was too graphic but there was warnings before the episode, and men get sexually assaulted too, it’s something that needs awareness and should start being talked about more

This happens to males everyday too, so it was necessary not just focusing on Hannah’s story. I do think Tyler’s was more graphic than Hannah’s & Jessica’s tho

I think it's good they had showed that in this season. guys get sexually assaulted to and people need to know that. Hannah's rape seen and her suicide scene was just as bad.

it needed to show the reality. other people go through these awful things. there was warnings before the episode so you were warned. but i understand it. it is no different than watching somebody get raped. still heart breaking, still snaps you into reality that the shit actually happens.

i didn't cry.  although i did think it was very unnecessary.  too graphic for my husband and i.  i know it's a topic that needed to be brought up since some people think stuff only happens to females.. But i could have preferred a less intense scene

I loved the show and how real it can be. I get that some people don't like being uncomfortable when it comes to very intense and intimate scenes but this our world, our reality, you can't run away from it. Must people don't experience this type of intensity a lot so when a show like this comes along and shows us ( that is if you take the advisory seriously and are mature enough to handle thw content) something taboo or not talked openly about, who are we to look away? Yes, I understand that it's not everyone's responsibility to watch suicide or rape scenes just because but it is important to have open conversations about these sorts of things. The show is very unrealistic, extremely so, but the honesty of it is commendable. I really like it and suggest it as a much watch for those who don't mind a little explicit content 😊

this show isn't even spreading  awareness sadly it's just making a profit off of what people are forced to deal with and it sucks
