BBT dip plus spotting
I’m 7dpo(I think. 6 days post temp spike). Today I had a .7 dip in bbt. Tonight I started spotting. Does AF typically come the day of bbt dipping or could this be implantation bleeding? I haven’t had IB with my past two, and it’s been over a year since I was charting cycles to remember lol! I’ve been crampy the past two days as well.
