I’m 40 weeks. I’ve been losing my mucus plug over the past few days. Today I’ve lost more of my mucus plug then I have over the past few days. I feel like the mucus plug is never ending coming out.

I read somewhere that it can be up to 2 tablespoons of mucus. Idk about you, but I’ve lost WAYYYYY more than that so mine had probably regenerated itself. Yesterday I was using the washroom and my toddler walked in and left the door open and as I was wiping my kids’ dad walked passed and saw all the mucus hanging from the toilet paper and started gagging 😂😂😂

My do or said you can lose your mucus plug and go into labor within hours or even weeks after. I am currently 40+3 days and I lost my mucus plug Sunday and I’m still losing it. It’s normal.

Bless you, contact your midwife Hun. I can’t really comment on it because I didn’t lose mine, my waters just broke. Hope your baby starts coming soon babe!x
