Moving forward with IVF 🤭

My husband and I have been trying for 2 years, although it has been very on and off. I’m 35 and he is 34 and I decided to talk to a fertility specialist and undergo IUI. My egg quality test came back as ‘fair’ and his Sperm analysis is normal. After just speaking to the doctor, he suggests going straight to IVF if we wish to have more than 1 child. Has anyone seen a fertility specialist? Please share your experience. My personal feeling is that the recommendation to do IVF is at least partially to do with the doctor wanting more money.
