I can’t lay on my stomach

But I’m not pregnant. It’s just weird. I look about the same as I did with my pregnancy last year. I’m just confused as to why I can’t lay on my stomach it literally hurts so much to initially lay down on it and then for the 10 minutes I do I’m in so much pain. I’ve tried talking to my doctor. I tried going to the hospital. The ultrasound tech kept telling me her findings which seemed odd but when I called my obgyn for the results they said everything was normal. I went to ER and they said it’s not an infection. I couldn’t sleep tonight I’m in too much pain. I don’t know what to do anymore 😩
