Red Cross message
My husbands dad is sick and it’s not really looking good. He told his sister to tell his dad’s wife to send a Red Cross message but we don’t think she did. Does the dad’s wife have to do it or can my husbands sister do it? Note: we don’t live far from home, only about a 5 hour drive. We’re just worried because my husband is supposed to leave in a week and will be gone for a little over a month. Thanks!
