our offer was the one that got accepted and I am so excited!

no more holes in the floor. we will be able to have our stuff (we have some necessary clothes and our bed here, that's about it). no more dealing with a shitty mother in law. the kids can play in the backyard and we dont have to worry about the river being literally RIGHT THERE like it is here. we wont have to fight neighbors for parking. there are so many good things about this house. my brother thinks we shouldn't have tried to get it because it's one bathroom and doesn't have a garage so he wouldnt like it there.. but were not him and this house is gorgeous and updated. and way below our budget which was insane. were of course getting an inspection but I am so happy that there really is an end to this madness after living in this hell hole trailer for 7 months - way longer than we ever planned to.
