scheduled c section I have many questions . 
how is recovery time wise ..is it true that u have to pop and have mad gas before being able to go home and u can feel the tugging and pulling and pressure I'm so scared don't know what to expect I'm having twins going in on Tuesday I wish I could skip the procedure...

You’ll likely pass gas without even realizing it (due to still being numb for awhile) and as far as a BM I would just make sure that you request (if they don’t already give them to you) laxatives. You won’t want to have to push out a bowl movement, so get/take the stool softeners. 
*During the surgery you will feel pressure and tugging. Not pain. It may, along with the medicine, make you feel nauseous.. if that happens ask the nurse for an alcohol pad. If you hold it up to your nose, it subsides the nausea. You won’t want to throw up during or after if you can help it. 
*Remember to stock up on the mesh undies they give you.. they. are. life. 
*Take it easy the first day, but when able to you need to get up and walk. I promise that once you do, you’ll feel a bit better. Don’t overdo it, but make sure you get up and walk the halls. 
*If you laugh, cough, or sneeze make sure you’re holding a pillow to your stomach or you’ll regret it. The abrupt movement of either action hurts like hell. 
*Everyday you get a little better, so just take it one day at a time. By the time I went home on the 3rd day, I was still sore and slow moving but I wasn’t in pain. 
*After showers don’t forget to pat-dry your incision. You want to keep it moisture free.
Relax, enjoy bringing your baby into the world and know that everything will be okay!

Everything is completely numb, you will feel movement, but hardly. The worst part is smelling your flesh burning and not seeing anything that's going on- if you feel the need to shout out questions- I did! (Example: "is the baby okay, is she breathing?"- they will answer you!) 
You may get nauseous, take deep breaths, and be honest with how you're feeling to your nurses and doctors, for me the person who put in my spinal block was there for me, because I asked my SO to watch for the baby so he was on the other side of the curtain, so I told her how I was feeling and she calmed me. It was a beautiful experience regardless, just like any birth the doctors were there for me. 
Recovery was easy, I took my pain meds and gas meds, and was up the next day walking around slowly. It was painful, but not torturous- you will be able to handle it, just make sure to get mobile asap! Breastfeeding was a breeze for us, despite people saying it might be hard, because of the c-section. I didn't have to have a bm before leaving, just had to pee a certain amount after the catheter was out. Hardest part for me was waiting to have my first new after! 😂 Due to the timing I was as out like 36 hours before I had solid foods! Everyone telling me for 9 months how delicious that first meal after birth is, and how I should get something mando huge and delicious, and I had to wait forever and I just had hospital food, because they suggested eating small portions- it was delicious though!! Like I had never eaten before!! 😂
Healing was easy, because I took my medicine and weaned slowly- I was walking through the grocery store three days later! it was actually annoying how fragile people treated me, and the fact that I was ordered by the doctors to not lift anything heavier than the baby (including my diaper bag and car seat.) 
My scar is small and only hurts when baby kicks it all day 😂!
Overall it isn't too bad, it will be over so quickly, and trust me you're already more nervous than you should be! Congratulations and good luck!

I just had mine on Thursday.  I don't want to scare you, but mine sucked!!  Ask them are they going to give you a spinal block or epidural.  I wish I could have requested the epidural.  My spinal wore off by the time they got ready to do my tubal.  I was doing skin to skin then felt sick all of a sudden.  Then my back started hurting and I could feel I wasn't laying completely flat.  I told my husband and he said something to the nurse, then the back pain got worse, she said it was from them starting my tubal and they were boing stuff around.  I said no something isn't right. The pain slowly intensifies so she gave me some pain killers in my iv.....didn't work!! By then tears are pouring down my face and to myself I'm crying but I physically couldn't get it out and started to have a full blown panic attack.  Had I been able to cry, it would have been one of those bloody murder ones. She tried to give me more pain killers but I was too far gone.  Because of the iv drip it took longer for the meds to kick in.  When it finally did it was over.  I was rolled back to my room with the shakes like I was a junkie that quit cold turkey.  Those lasted a few hrs.  I don't blame anyone cause they did their job, it's just my body rejecting the pain killers.  I was numb, but felt everything.  Maybe it's a mental thing cause I grew up with a drug addict parent (pills and street drugs) I don't want to be like them so I block stuff..........i dunno 🤷🏾‍♀️ 
Make sure if you feel funny at any point you tell them right away, good luck!

I had epidural before and it didn't last, plus I had a baby a year ago and my leg thigh is still numb here and there I get tingly feeling cold sensation running down my leg but i'm so scared either way

I had an emergency c-section and everything went really smoothly. I didn’t even feel the needle with the numbing stuff and it started working so fast. I did feel tugging and pulling near my ribs but I always felt him wedged under there my whole pregnancy and it didn’t hurt it was just a weird feeling. But the operation itself took about 3 minutes. I don’t know about your hospital but I wasn’t able to do skin to skin or have much interaction with my baby before I was taken to recovery but you may be expecting as much since you’re having multiples. So I did have to wait a few hours before I was able to really hold him and initiate nursing. Afterwards it’s very hard to move and you don’t realize how much you use your core until you no longer can. There aren’t many positions that will feel comfortable but it’s okay because you won’t want to move at all. I didn’t have to pass gas before I left and I think I didn’t have a bowel movement until a few days after leaving the hospital but they didn’t seem concerned. I did have to pee 3 times on my own because I’d had a catheter in for over 24 hours and that was really hard. I’m not sure about healing for stitches or staples because my incision was closed with surgical glue and my doctor said it was okay to peel it off around day 3 but I waited about a week. My scar is almost gone now. I’m now 15 months pp. I actually didn’t finish my pain meds because they started making me feel loopy as I healed and the pain lessened and I was fine with otc Tylenol. I realize not all cases go this way but hopefully this can ease your anxiety.

I had a csection with my twins and they did want me to be passing gas and have a bowel movement by a certain amount of time to make sure everything was ok. I cant speak to weather or not you can feel tugging and pulling as my experience was a bit out of the ordinary and they ended up having to put me under general anesthesia shortly after the operation had started (I'll just say I was feeling far more than I should have). From what I have read about others' experiences, you may feel a little tugging and pulling but it won't hurt as long as your pain meds work, which they typically do.

I didn’t have to poop or pass gas before I went home. I didn’t have a bm until like over a week PP. 
Recovery wise: it was rough that first week just trying to recover from major surgery and taking care of newborn. But pain wise I didn’t need meds past about 7-8 days. And those last couple days I was just taking ibuprofen, not Percocet. I didn’t have any complications.

In Australia they make you have pear juice which does cause made gas.  But it's a good thing because they want you to be able to pass wind, it means there is no damage.  They let me out without pooing on the basis that I was passing wind.  I can't say I really felt tugging and pulling.  I knew they were there and it was an unusual feeling but not bad.  I was very nervous for my scheduled c section but it was much more relaxed and calm compared to the emergency c section with my first.  You'll be  fine  😊
