large mass in my uterus

2 Years ago i got dignosed with pcos. today, i had an ultrasound to see how it was going. the tech didnt say much. and wouldnt amswer my questions. I have a follow up appointment with my doctor in 3 weeks and we will go over the results. what do you think this could be? 😢
