my husband has male Factor infertility unexplained. Everything looks good physically so his endocrinologist thinks it's due to smoking or weight. He is currently trying to quit smoking. His endocrinologist said that fertilaid is really bad to be taking but I'm starting to get desperate just waiting around does anyone have input on what kind of vitamins and how much he should try? I've heard vitamin C and Zinc but how much could you take and have you had doctors recommend it?
