Tick prevention for humans???

Question

Has anyone tried anything to help prevent ticks from humans!? I mean the stuff I’m giving my dog is clearly helping her but I’ve shipped two ticks off my husband before they stuck thank god but then I just removed a tick from his head!! I’m pregnant and so it needs to be safe also!

I have no idea but if I was in your position I would contact your Dr asap and ask what repellent is safe etc. I hope it all works out for you!

keep the grass cut, don't let dogs or self linger in or near the woods. check yourself and dogs before you come in. I get a large spray bottle, fill with water, add dawn soap, 10 drops of citronella, 10 drops of lemongrass essential oils, and 10 's roos eucalyptus.  shake and spray outside on self, around door frames. keeps bugs at bay. the batch I make usually lasts the summer. if it's not working make a new batch. just my 2 cents. but Google to make sure the oils are safe to use on yourself while pregnant.
