First Night in His Crib! 😂😂😂

Baby boy is 12 months now. We’ve coslept since he came home from the hospital. Well tonight we put him in his crib extremely tired but still awake. We checked on him periodically but didn’t pick him up. He cried for 30 minutes until he finally fell asleep like this!

He is too much! I can’t even stand it!!!! He actually was asleep, eyes closed like this for 10 minutes!!!! We figured he would slowly work his way down to sitting then laying down but he never did. So hubby went in and guided him down and he’s been asleep since. That was about 2 hours of ago. Fingers crossed that he sleeps for a looong stretch!!! 🤞

EDIT: He slept for 10 hours straight!! 🙌🏽

We decided that now was the time to transition him as it’s been a while since cosleeping went from being better for all to worse. We all were getting less sleep together than we would separately. He cried for maybe 15-20 minutes then spent another 10 just standing in his crib looking around before he put his head on the rail and fell asleep. The whole process took 30 minutes.
