I'm in the exact same boat. On day 42 still no sign of period and still getting negatives, I have an appointment on the 20th with my doctor but I'm too impatient I'm testing everyday!

I'm on CD35 (5 days late from my last period), & I'm not brave enough to take another HPT, because the one I took Monday was a BFN. I feel your frustration!
