When to have sex without having to use OPK

I don’t want to plan sex to conceive and just want to enjoy having sex to conceive, so how often should I have sex during the month? Is every second day the best thing as it means we will have sex during fertile week?

Find out when your fertile week is. Count your cycle days. You’re most fertile about 14 days before your period, not the other way around. Then have sex during that week. Also chart your cm and bbt. Good luck

If your doing every 2-3 days and your both healthy fertility wise you shouldn’t have a problem. But when you start to notice that ewcm you can step it up and try more often if you choose. But honestly the more relaxed and the less of a job it is I honestly think the easier to fall pregnant cause your not stressing your body out. Good luck!

Fertile week (mid cycle) every other day! :) if tracking that week, try to BD day 1,3,5,6 and possibly 7 as ovulation occours near the end :)
