How do you take mind off things?

On 9 weeks. My mind plays so many fears out to me. I had no symptoms other than sore breast and fatigue. As I’m getting closer to my 12 week scan, now that the date is in in plain sight (three weeks away) I’m just. I can’t even.

In my head I have it that I’ll be getting bad news, but I have lots of hope too.

What did you all do to take your mind off the worry? Any tips?
