Anyone got flu in early pregnancy? What could help?

I’m experiencing flu every early stage of my pregnancy. This is my second pregnancy. I’m sneezing all the time and sometimes experiencing hard time to breath :(( and i find my second pregnancy have a different symptom than my first. Now i’m experiencing fatigue dizzziness :(( and low bp. i’m over anxious :((

My doctor told me that my congestion, and fluid behind my ears was pregnancy related and gave me antibiotics.

Your immune system lowers a bit in early pregnancy so it’s normal to easily catch a cold. Also your heart is working overtime since your body is making a baby so being short of breath from simple tasks like walking up the steps or even getting into an argument. And to top it all off morning sickness hits 😭

Me, started off with a sore throat, itchy eyes, sneezing more than 20 times in a day and now I have a cold. I feel like shit. Can’t remember the last time I had a cold in spring/summer like weather.
